When You Can Get a Refund

First Report Guarantee

If this is your first time using SurveyReady and you're genuinely unhappy with the quality of your report, we'll refund your entire purchase. This applies regardless of whether you purchased a single report or a bundle.

Unused Credits

If you've purchased credits but haven't used them yet, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Unused credits are fully refundable during this period.

Used Credits (Quality Issues)

If you've used credits and are genuinely unhappy with the report quality (not just the findings about the property), contact us. We review these on a case-by-case basis and will often provide a full or partial refund if there's a genuine problem with report quality.

When Refunds Don't Apply

To be fair to everyone, we can't offer refunds in these situations:

  • After 14 days — The refund window has closed
  • Unhappy with property findings — If the report works correctly but you don't like what it found about the property, that's not a refund reason
  • User error — If you uploaded incorrect photos or entered wrong property details
  • Multiple refund requests — If you've already received a refund from us before

How to Request a Refund

Email Us

Send your refund request to:

support@surveyready.co.uk

Please include:

  • Your account email address
  • Your order/transaction ID (from your receipt email)
  • Brief reason for the refund (optional but helpful)

Refund Processing

Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5 working days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Once we process your refund, it may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.

Bundle Refunds

If you purchased a bundle (5 or 10 reports):

  • No credits used — Full refund of the bundle price
  • Some credits used — We'll refund the unused portion, calculated at the per-report rate of your bundle
  • First report guarantee still applies — If you're unhappy with your first report, we'll refund the entire bundle
